Shipping delivery destinations are in the Continental USA.
Blackwell's Organic shipping policy was designed to ensure that your receive your gelato and sorbetto orders quickly so as not to melt. Prices INCLUDE shipping and handling. There are no extra costs.
SHIPPED: Orders are shipped Federal Express Second Day service.
When Will You Receive Your Order?
- Order placed on MON, Ship FedEx on TUE, at your door by THUR
- Order placed on TUE, Ship FedEx on WED, at your door by FRI
- Order placed WED before 11 am on Wednesday will be shipped for delivery by Friday
- Orders shipped after 11 am on Wednesday thru SUN, Ship FedEx on MON, at your door by WED
IMPORTANT: The delivery address MUST have someone present to sign for the package during business hours. Most FEDEX deliveries are between noon and 4:30pm. If no one present to receive the package at the time of delivery, Federal Express will leave the package at the safest entrance available, in order to insure delivery that day. A second delivery attempt may not be possible until the following day which could result in melting. |

RETURNS - We cannot accept the return of perishable products. Please contact us immediately with any concerns or questions concerning your gelato at marcia@GelatoByMail.com
DAMAGE- If a package is damaged in transit or arrives melted within the 2 day shipping time frame, we will reship the package on the next available shipping day.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses and packages that are not opened in a timely manner, within 10 hours of delivery, are not covered for replacement. |
