Gelato By Mail Orders - Payment Options - By credit card and check. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
Sales Tax - All orders will be subject to applicable sales tax where required by law.
Delivery - All orders will be shipped via FEDEX Ground, or via FEDEX 2nd Day Air service. You must indicate if you are in a rural area not serviced by FEDEX and if we are shipping to a residential or business address. You will be sent tracking information via email once the shipment is scheduled so that you can follow it's every move. Once received, you much place your gelato and sorbetto immediately in a freezer.
Delivery Commitment - We package ever order to make sure that your products arrive frozen, fresh and ready to eat. Please remember ice cream and other related frozen items are perishable. We recommend promptly removing all perishable items from the shipping container and placing them in the freezer as soon as possible after delivery.
Damage - If a package is damaged in transit or arrives melted we will reship the package on the next available shipping day. Incorrect or incomplete addresses and packages that are not opened in a timely manner, within 10 hours of delivery, are not covered for replacement.
Returns - We cannot accept the return of perishable products. Please contact us immediately with any concerns or questions concerning your gelato at sales@BlackwellsOrganic.com. RETURNS - If Important Note About Receiving
Your Order - Blackwell's Organic guarantees that all gelato and sorbetto orders will arrive frozen within 2 days of shipment. If no one is present to receive the order, FEDEX will attempt to leave the package in as secure a place as possible. A second delivery attempt may not be possible until the following day which could result in melting. Upon receipt remove all gelato and sorbetto from packaging and place immediately in freezer to guarantee a quality frozen product. FEDEX and Blackwell's Organic can not be held responsible for the condition of the frozen product if the recipient is unable to receive the package upon delivery.
Gift Orders - At no additional cost, a brief, personalized message can be included. Important: If you are sending a gift, please forward the tracking information to the recipient or simply let them know that it will be arriving. The knowledge of the highly perishable nature of the gelato and sorbetto needs to be passed along so they can be available for the delivery and get their gift into a freezer upon arrival. FEDEX and Blackwell's Organic Gelato can not take responsibility if the gift arrives and they are on vacation or simply unaware of it's arrival.
Privacy Policy - We treat all your personal information as confidential. Absolutely no personal information will be shared with any company or organization.
Email Addresses - Email addresses acquired by the Contact Us form, email requests or subscriptions to the newsletter will be used exclusively for the purpose intended. Blackwell's Organic will not share email addresses with any other organization.
Changes to Legal Notices - We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notification of the change.
